Get your toes wet in the waters of Entomophagy with this exciting new class! Veronica Shukla of Project Food Forest will give a lesson on the practice of eating insects and other invertebrates. Set off on a hunt to learn how to catch grasshoppers and then the best part: students will get to cook and taste locally caught grasshoppers! Humans have eaten insects for as long as we can trace our history, and they still do today. Join the movement as the Western world catches on to this ancient practice-gone-modern!
