This two-part class will have you forming, filing, soldering, and shining a wonderful new creation from repurposed copper pipe and embossed sterling silver! Begin by making a well-fitting, comfortable, and beautiful copper shank, then take raw pipe to a gorgeous, lustrous finished piece of jewelry. Learn finishing techniques that will benefit all of your precious metal work. Next focus on creating the floating sterling spinner with a straight-forward single solder join to fit it to the copper shank, and ultimately to join the two permanently in a single artistic piece. Ring sizes 5 to 10. Ages 18 and up or 14 - 17 accompanied by an adult.
