Layered Cakes for Beginners. Master the art of a delicious foundation. Using pre-made cakes, students will focus on making quick fillings, and learn new tricks to assemble a perfect layer cake. It will be an evening of creative inspiration and unique frosting techniques from start to finish. And the finale, each student will take home a fully decorated, two-tiered cake, a masterpiece for any occasion and the beginner skillset to recreate and expand a new hobby! Next time, maybe go for three layers! Four?! Ages 16 & up. (13-15 with a participating adult)

She loves sharing her Victorian all-season spa, torchlight croquet, evening bonfires, pumpkin carriage rides, fresh garden produce, berry picking, bird watching, star gazing, special event receptions, and small weddings. Lonette opened her Bed & Breakfast 30 years ago since has published her custom cookbook titled My Signature Dish.
