Absolute Wellness Experience (AWE!) is about balancing your body, mind, and psyche with emphasis on the selected themes:
Body: focus on prevention or reduction of obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, Alzheimer, and other chronic diseases. Scientific research about food intake will be presented.
Mind: focus on decreasing stress and anxiety while increasing flexibility with selected yoga postures and visualization.
Psyche: open the soul’s secret door with self-awareness, meditation, and a glance at dreaming.
Ages 16 & up.
Recommended book: The Other Side of the Curtain by Nadia Bijoui add $20 online or at class.
