Imagine sitting by the campfire and roasting marshmallows; or as sometimes happens, setting them on fire! Join artist Ruth Hillman as we make marshmallows, chocolate bars, and s'mores polymer clay charms. While they won't get set on fire, they will bake for 30 minutes and then you'll have the opportunity to create a beaded necklace for your charms to hang out on! This class is going to be pretty sweet! Materials included for three charms. Ages 10 & up. Children under 13 must have adult present.

Hello, my name is Ruth Hillman and I love my job at Roosevelt High School! In addition to teaching art, I run a small business as That Weird Art Girl creating clay charms that I turn into jewelry and sell as fashionable works of art. Even though creating tiny sculptures next to my two cats is more than I could ask for, I would love it if you could join one of my classes so I can share my love for polymer clay (and dad jokes) with you!
